We pickup your rig anywhere within a 250 mile radius of southern California, spend 2 weeks tuning it and addressing ANY suspension issues, then drop it back off better than ever!
- When your rig is picked up we go over your goals and specific issues with the drivability or handling.
- We spend 2 weeks fine tuning every aspect we can, including anywhere up to 5 days in the desert adjusting valving. This includes unlimited spring rate and length swaps so you can be sure you're getting the most out of your setup.
- After your vehicle is absolutely dialed, we perform a limited race prep with a multi-point inspection, torque check, thorough wash, and top it off on gas so you are ready to shred in your transformed rig. The vehicle is dropped back off to you better than ever.
- We can pickup and drop-off vehicles out of our service area for a mileage surcharge.
- We also offer suspension geometry fixes, we will CAD model your suspension, corner weight and scale it for center of gravity height. With this information we can fix antisquat/dive curves, overtseer/understeer, caster change, roll center issues, etc. These fixes are billed at a discounted shop rate and may add time depending on depth of issue.
- As a final step you can select custom cerakote/anodize colors for your shock package. Cerakoting is done in house as a last step to reduce scratching on install/removal over the tuning period. This adds 3-5 days to the service and an additional cost of 200 per damper.
Things fixed during this time:
Limit strap length/adjustment, air bump pressure/engagement, spring rate and length issues, crossover height, spring preload adjustments, uniballs for shock ends replaced, new shock bolts (grade 9 with flanged stovers), all links/control arms inspected for worn items.
Shocks are fully rebuilt and vacuum bled day 1. All coilovers/bypasses/air bumps are revalved as many times as necessary. This includes piston swaps and upgrades to synthetic race oil. If your shocks have worn components they are replaced during this time.
